Roof replacement, roof repairs, leaks, storm damage and related roofing work.
Home Repairs
When something is damaged, worn out or simply needs to be fixed properly.
Renovations
Improve, update or change the spaces you already have.
General Construction
Have a project that doesn’t fit neatly into a category? Start with an experienced builder.
The MG Build Difference
Start with a builder.
There are plenty of companies that can sell you a roof. Someone else can sell you windows. Another company can remodel a room.
But sometimes you need someone who understands how the whole house works together.
Mike Griffin has spent more than 30 years in construction. That experience helps him look beyond the immediate job, understand what needs to be done, and determine the right way to do it.
That’s the difference between hiring someone to do a job and hiring a builder.
Roofing
Your roof protects everything under it.
If your roof is leaking, damaged, aging or you’re simply not sure how much life it has left, call us. We’ll look at the problem and help you understand what needs to happen next.
- Roof replacement
- Roof repairs
- Roof leaks
- Storm and wind damage
- Shingle roofing
- Flashing repairs
- Gutters and related exterior work
You don’t have to figure that out before you call.
Experience
30+ years of experience matters.
A good builder doesn’t just know how to build. He knows what to look for.
- He knows when something isn’t right.
- He knows when a quick fix isn’t really a fix.
- He understands how one part of a house can affect another.
- And he knows that doing something correctly the first time can prevent bigger problems later.
That kind of judgment comes from experience.
Mike Griffin has been in the construction business for more than 30 years.
